Prescription mail services are open to current employees and dependents of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist with active MedCost insurance.
Mailing restrictions apply to states outside of North Carolina.
The Employee Mail Service is a convenient and cost effective way for you to order up to a 90-day supply of maintenance or long-term medication for delivery to your home, office or location you choose within North Carolina. North Tower Pharmacy, located on main campus, serves as the central location for the mail service program, and all prescription processing and shipping will come from this location.
Timing and Shipping
Your order will be mailed out within 3 business days of receiving the refill request or new prescription from your doctor. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday for next day delivery.
Your prescriptions could be delayed if:
- Your prescription is incomplete or unreadable
- There is a manufacturer backorder
- Your medication requires a prior authorization
- Your payment information has changed or expired
Payment and Cost
You can pay for your prescriptions through your MyAtriumHealth account. Instructions for creating a MyAtriumHealth account can be found here.
After requesting a prescription refill through MyAtriumHealth, you will select "Delivery by mail" as the delivery method. This will prompt for payment with either an existing card on file or entry of a new credit or FSA card.
